During our daily life, people get used to know many different types of household cleaning brush and some paint roller brushes, but when talking of the industrial brushes, some people even had never heard of them.Today,I’d like to introduce brushes which are used for glass manufacturing industry. They can be divided into three different types as below:

1.Glass Grinding Brush--Abrasive Nylon Disc Brush

This kind of abrasive brush is commonly used for smoothing glass &mirror

cuts.They were usually mounted on an angle grinder or a beveling machine to enable the

face of the brush to have acess to the working surface for a more even abrasive effect.We often use pp or PVC for the brush base and silicon carbide for the brush filament.

2. Glass Cleaning Machine Brush--Nylon Rotary & Coil brush

During Manufacturing, there will be lots of dust and impurities on the glass panel surface and thus not easy for workers to do cleaning. So the factory prefer to use the Glass Washing Machine to achieve the cleaning purpose. The two pairs of brushes rotating on the two sides of the glass surface,together with the cleaning liquid to reach comprehensive water cleaning. And at the same time,the small scratches can be grinded also. Commonly we have two main manufacturing skills for the brushes, one is staple set and another is coil type. We often use high quality nylon PA66 for the brush filament and stainless steel 316 for the shaft. Recently, DASION R&D Department developed a new detachable glass washing machine roller brush which is much easier for customers to replace the coil part manually.

3.Lath Brush

lath brush is often assembled into a mat for resting glass sheets on top of during the frame assembly process.And thus it has a strict requirment of the plastic hardness and the filament stiffness.

4. PVA Sponge Roller Brush

This PVA sponge roller, which has been used in a variety of industries for a long time, is highly valued for its excellent water absorption.
