Solar panel cleaning cylinder brushes play an important role in PV system cleaning robot. We distinguish it according to production process,and one type is helical cylinder brushes, and another type is staple set cylinder brush.

Due to the different models of solar panel cleaning robots, Brushes can be distinguished as 3 types. One is Aluminum tube brush,another is palstic tube brush, the third is aluminum-plastic tube brush.

1.The shaft of aluminum tube brush is aluminum tube, and aluminum tube brush bristle is helical shape.Spiral brushes winding around the shaft with clockwise or counterclockwise. The density is depended on the space of circle, and it can be customized by clients. The main feature of aluminum tube brush is light, generally, 1 meter aluminum tube brush weight is 2.5kg

2.Plastic tube brush is a kind of plastic tube palnting brush,and main planting bristle shape is helical. Plastic tube brush length is less than 1 meter, it is also light, and this type brush always matches 40cm length small model robots.

3. Aluminum-plastic tube brush’s shaft material is plactic and aluminum , and aluminum tube is inside plastic tube. Aluminum tube brush length is more than 1 meter, so that brush can maintain straight shape with high speed rotation.Generally, Aluminum-plastic tube brush length is 1650mm,1980mm and 2030mm. Our brushes length can be customized by clients.

Photovoltaic equipment always installed outdoor and obviously will be stained by dusts and bird excreta, so it need to be cleaned regularly for maintaining maximun effect, and extend device life.  The original brush on the machine need to be changed at fixed period.Generally, our brush life is about 2 years
